Health Check Process:
1. General Settings, Details and other important settings:
- Admin > Terms and Conditions: Check that your booking terms and conditions are accurate and up to date
- Admin > Subscription options: Ensure your subscription options are up to date, and test them on your booking form
- Admin > Address book > Do you have any suppliers that you would like to include in automated emails?
- Admin > Housekeepers: Could you benefit from setting up login for your housekeeper/cleaner to allow them to track arrivals/departures easily?
2. Properties & Prices:
- Have you considered exploring the benefits of Dynamic Pricing?
- Properties>Edit>Settings: Could you better configure your Pricing Settings and short breaks in the Price Planner?
- Properties > Booking and enquiry form fields: Could you use these to collect additional information from guests?
- Properties > Custom fields: Could you benefit from creating a custom field for property-specific codes or other information?
- Properties>Copy prices/copy short breaks: Were you aware of this feature, allowing you to copy from one year to another?

3. Extras, Bookings & Payments:
- Have you tried following your own guest booking journey recently? Try placing a test booking as if you were a guest
- Could you consider adding any options/extras for your direct bookings- for example for a booking fee, dogs or firewood?
- Could you benefit from increasing/decreasing your refundable/security deposit amount?

- Are you aware of how to add custom Extras AFTER the booking is placed?
