How do I tag or track particular Bookings?

You can use customer ratings function to tag particular bookings, such as bookings where the date has been modified or where a refund has been issued. The video below explains how to do this.

It is possible to search for specific ratings by using the search booking function.
To do this go to Bookings > Search bookings. As the Search by criterion select Customer rating.

The filter results will show all bookings with this rating allocated to them. This means that you can easily find all black listed guests, moved bookings etc.

Please note:
If you are looking for cancelled bookings, which may or may not have a rating to this effect associated with them, you can simply use the search function for cancelled bookings.
This can be found under Bookings > Cancelled bookings.
