How to add a multi-property or multi-date booking

A multi-property bookings contains the booking information for more than one property, but it is the same guest that has booked them all.
The same goes for multi-date bookings. One guest has booked the same property on multiple occasions.

Please note:
You need to have a booking in place to add further properties or dates.

Multi-property bookings

1. Click Add dates

2. In the pop-up select the small calendar icon as we are adding another property.

3. In the next pop-up that opens select the year and property to be added from the drop-down menu.
4. Click Go.

5. In the calendar coming up, select the arrival date.

The second pop-up closes and the first one has now the property and arrival date added.

6. Select the number of nights or the departure date.

The selected date/number of nights is added and expands to the booking form.
Arrival and departure times are being added automatically according to the settings for the selected property.

7. Add the number of Adults and children.
8. Change the Status, if required.
9. Click Property closed, if required.

Please note:
When selecting Property closed the Full rate, all discounts, the refundable and security deposit are being greyed out. They can't be added / amended.

Accommodation

Without Property closed selected, add the Full rate, all discounts, the refundable or security deposit.
Should you charge a refundable deposit, choose from the drop-down, if it will be collected with the deposit or balance.

Total rent, Total depositInterim payment, Balance and Grand total will be calculated automatically.

Please note:
Should there be no email address in the guest information section of the booking, you will see this message after selection the departure date or number of nights.

Booking extras

Select from the available booking extras all that apply.

Please note:
Only bookings directly associated with the property can be selected. None of the set up but not associated extras will be visible.
You can't add any custom extras.

Total extras, Total depositInterim payment, Balance and Grand total will be calculated automatically.

Agency - Only visible for agencies

You can add an Agency fee here, if you are working with it.

The Agency commission and the payment due to the owner according to the owner settings are showing for information only. they can't be edited here.

Again Total depositInterim payment, Balance and Grand total will be calculated automatically.

10. When all information has been added click Save.
The pop-up will close automatically and update the booking.

The booking has now entries for two different properties with different dates:

Multi-date bookings

1. Click Add dates

2. Select the property from the drop-down menu.

The booking form opens with the property, arrival and departure dates, as well as the arrival and departure times are being added automatically according to the settings for the selected property.

3. Add the number of Adults and children.
4. Change the Status, if required.
5. Click Property closed, if required.

Please note:

7. When all information has been added click Save.

Please note:
Make sure you use this help centre article when cancelling dates and/or properties from multi-property and multi-date bookings.

Please DO NOT under any circumstances simply use the Cancel button in the booking!
