How do I allow guests to accept my terms and conditions for Admin bookings?

  1. In your booking click on History & Correspondence
  2. Click Generate T&C Link
  1. Click the copy icon. You can then paste this link into an email to your guest:

When the guest clicks onto the link in the email they have received from you, it will open their default web browser. The web page the guest will see allows them to amend their contact details, subscription options and agree to your terms and conditions.
Should the guest try to submit the form without ticking the box that they accept your T&Cs, they will see this message.

Once they have accepted the T&Cs Within the History & Correspondence tab of your booking, you can click the link "Terms and conditions were accepted"  to view the results:

When you click onto the Terms and conditions were accepted link, you will see something similar to the below screenshot/

Please note:
If the customer has provided new details, e.g. a new email address, you need to amend the email address in the booking manually.
Receiving the email with the new information does not automatically update the guest data section of the booking.
