Scenario:
You receive a booking via your website, but the guest has not paid the deposit.
What has happened:
The guest has started the booking, but has not gone through with it to the end.
They did enter their details, but left the booking page without entering any detail for a payment to be taken.
The reason:
The system provides you with the opportunity to honour the potential booking and get in touch with the guest.
Resolution:
You can set up an auto email, which is being triggered when a booking has been added, but without any payment having been made.

The auto-email should only be applied to Web bookings.
The criteria should be:
Payment Status - If deposit unpaid
Payment Status - If balanve unpaid
This way only the guests of bookings without any payments taken, which have been made via your website will receive this email.
