What type of integration can I have with LiveChat?

Option 1: Enabling this means the guest will need to provide their name and email address before they start chatting. This allows SuperControl to check their email address and notify you of any previous booking or enquiry history you’ve had with them before you start chatting.

Option 2: This allows the person to start chatting straight away. This option will not allow SuperControl to give you any previous booking or enquiry data before you start the chat. No further instructions are required for this option.

Instructions for Option 1:

1. Copy your “Webhook URL”, which you will find in Integrations > Admin tools > LiveChat, and paste it into LiveChat within the “Target URL” field. See screenshot below
