How can I report on XCover sales?

You can report on all SuperControl bookings to see the XCover sale status by going to Integrations > Protection products > Search bookings. 

You have a number of filters to choose from depending on what you are looking for.

1. Date range

You can either search all dates.
Though this might take a long time to provide results and is potentially not showing you, what you the booking s you are looking for.
It would be better to use one of the available specific date ranges.

2. Offer status

The offer status allows you to filter for different statuses.
This means you can filter, by successful sales, bookings where the cover has not been chosen, where it is still pending and the bookings where the cover was cancelled for some reason.

3. Booking status

It is possible to search confirmed, provisional, cancelled and all booking.
This might be handy when wanting to check how many guest have cancelled their booking, but didn't opt to buy cancellation cover.

4. Exporting as CSV file

You can export the generated report as CSV file by clicking onto the icon to the right of the Search button

The CSV file contains the same fields as the report you see on screen.
