How to prevent iCal bookings being sent back to original source

If you want to prevent iCal bookings, which you have received, to be contained in the exported iCal feed we are sending, you need to exclude them from the feed.

Please note:
If they are not excluded,  a situation might arise were a loop is created where iCal bookings are being continually cancelled and newly imported.

  1. Go to Integrations > Admin tools > iCall Feeds > select the tab Individual properties.
  2. Select the option Exclude iCal bookings at the top of the page.

The change will be saved automatically and the page re-loaded.
