Before you Begin
Blue Price Bands: Make sure your properties have Blue Price Bands set up in SuperControl. You don’t need specific prices for new properties, just the bands.
Green Short Break Bands: These bands show the system your short-stay options and are also managed in SuperControl.
Steps to Integrate SuperControl with Beyond Pricing
Access Integration Settings: In SuperControl, go to Integrations > Price Optimisation > Beyond.
Enable Your Properties: Click "Enable" next to each property you want to connect with Beyond Pricing.
When you enable a property, SuperControl saves a snapshot of your current prices, so you can easily revert back if needed.
Activating Beyond Pricing
- Go to the Beyond Pricing integration page in SuperControl and click the 'Complete the activation form to get started' link. This will take you directly to the Beyond Pricing website to set up your account.
- Once your account is created, copy the long activation key found on the Beyond Pricing integration page in SuperControl.
- Paste this key back into your Beyond Pricing account as prompted. This step will only work if you’ve enabled at least one property.
- Follow the remaining steps in the Beyond Pricing Help Centre to complete your setup. A link to these steps can be found here.
That’s It! Beyond Takes Care of the Rest
Your prices will now update automatically, saving you time and effort. No more manual updates or copying rates from the previous year—Beyond Pricing dynamically adjusts your rates to help you stay competitive and capture more bookings.
Setting Your Base Price in Beyond
Your Base Price is the foundation of your dynamic pricing strategy, determining the average nightly rate from which Beyond adjusts up or down based on demand. Setting the right Base Price is crucial to maximising revenue, and Beyond makes it easy with the Base Price Helper.
The Base Price Helper analyses real market data—such as historical trends, current conditions, and future pricing forecasts for similar properties in your area—to recommend a starting point tailored to your listing’s size, type, and location.
Already connected to Airbnb or Booking.com?
If you’re already pushing prices to Airbnb or Booking.com through SuperControl, there’s no need to connect them to Beyond Pricing separately. Beyond will push your updated prices to SuperControl, and SuperControl will then sync these prices with Airbnb, Booking.com, and other connected channels—reflecting any uplifts or extras you’ve added.
