Beyond will collect the data about all bookings in SuperControl.
Once they are pushing pricing to your SuperControl account, it is assumed that their suggested rates are being used for all bookings that are being taken.
However, they understand that this isn’t always the case. If you have bookings that were made not using their suggested rates, you can email them at [email protected] to let them know. Beyond can mark these bookings as non-billable at their end.
Will Beyond invoice me for manually added bookings using custom prices?
