Allowing guests to add XCover to their bookings using the guest login

You can enable a pop-up to be shown to your guests in the guest login, which will allow them to add XCover to their existing bookings.
This provides the guests with the opportunity to purchase XCover even so they decided against it when making the booking initially.
To enable this option, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Admin > Guest Login.
  2. Set the toggle for Guest access to XCover Refund Protection to On.

The pop-up will come up after the guest  logged in and clicked Booking details.

On the next page the Booking summary tab will be selected and the pop-up will appear.

The Protect my booking button forwards the guest to the payment page of the booking so they can purchase XCover.

Please note:
The pop-up will only show if the booking is eligible for XCover 

If the toggle is not being used, the guest will still be able to add XCover to a booking. When the guest is selecting to make a payment using the guest login they will see the option to add XCover on the payment processing page.

Please note:
They will not be able to finish the payment without having made the selection whether to add cancellation protection, or not.
