How do I set up LiveChat?

First, you need to create an account with LiveChat (visit www.livechatinc.com to do this). Once your account is enabled, complete the following steps:

1. In your LivaChat account, go to Agents tab. On far right, find a link to LiveChat Developer Console.

2. Click “For developers”. You will be given an API key, which you should copy.

3. In Create token popup, give your token a name and define access scope, choosing following options.

tags_read, groups--all:ro, 
access_rules:ro, 
properties--my:ro, 
visitors_read, 
agents_read,

accounts--all:rc, 
in_app_msg_manage,

chats--all:ro, 
groups_read, 
routing_read

4. After confirming with Create token button, you can copy it (screenshot 4) and then use it in your SuperControl account on Integrations > Admin tools > LiveChat. Paste to LiveChat API Keys and confirm clicking ‘
