How do I set up LiveChat?

First, you need to create an account with LiveChat (visit to do this). Once your account is enabled, complete the following steps:

1. From within your LiveChat account, click on “Agents” and then click “Edit”.

2. Click “For developers”. You will be given an API key, which you should copy.

3. Log in to your SuperControl account and go to Integrations > Admin tools > LiveChat. Paste the API key into the box provided. Then, enter your email address and click "Add".

You will now be able to view your LiveChat users.
