Make sure you can see the dark blue band in the Prices row of the price planner. This band is needed for the connection to Beyond.
To add this:
- Go to Properties > edit > price planner
- Click the Start Date cell for the date you want pricing to begin, on the price line and add an end date. (do not make the end date for longer than one year as Beyond only price 365 days in advance)
- A pop-up will appear—no need to add prices.
- Just hit Save at the bottom.
The pop-up will close, and the dark blue band will show up in the price planner. (See the screenshots below for reference.)
If you offer short breaks, make sure they’re set up before starting the integration with Beyond.
For instructions please see this help centre article.

If you offer short breaks as well as full weeks, your price planner should look like the screenshot below.
- Go to Integrations > Price Optimisation > Beyond
- Click Enable against all properties you want to connect to Beyond Pricing.
When Enable is clicked, a snapshot will be taken of your existing prices. This will be stored in your account. Should you ever wish to disconnect from Beyond these prices will populate your price planner again.
3. Below the Complete the activation form to get started button, you’ll see a long activation key. Copy it for the next step.
4. Then click the button—it will take you to Beyond’s website to create an account. During setup, you’ll need to paste in that activation key. This will only work, when you have ticked Enable next to at least one property as directed above.
- To finish the integration, please follow the steps on screen.
Beyond will handle the rest—your prices will now update automatically. Be sure to adjust your settings so the prices suit your properties.
Tip:
Since you’re using SuperControl, you don’t need to connect Beyond directly to channels like Booking.com or Airbnb.
Prices set in Beyond flow into SuperControl, which then sends them (along with any booking extras or uplifts) to your channels.
The most common way Beyond is used, is for daily pricing.
With this pricing model there is a price set up for each individual day. Each booking has the individual daily prices added up to reach the price the guest will be quoted.
For this reason short breaks need to have been set up before the connection to Beyond is established.
You need to have the blue price band and the green short break band in place in the price planner (Properties > Edit > Price planner > Go)

With daily pricing the price for a short stay is calculated by summing up the individual nights of the stay.
In the screenshot below the price for a 3 night stay with an arrival date on Friday would be adding the prices doe Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
£150 + £ 96 + £87 = £333
The dynamic pricing also taken weekends into consideration and raising the price for these days automatically.
The weekly price range is beginning on Saturday. This means that the date range for a week always starts on a Saturday, e.g. 02.08. - 08.08.2025.
This does not mean that the guest can only arrive on a Saturday. They can still arrive on any day of the week you allow as an arrival date.
For a 7 night (week long) stay, all the individual prices would be added up.
The guests are arriving on a Tuesday, so that would be:
£87 + £87 + £87 + £150 + £96 + £87 + £87 = £681
The Length of Stay pricing is used to allow guests to book short breaks, e.g. 5 nights, as well as for full weeks. The prices will be forwarded from Beyond to SuperControl. They will be updated every 24-hours
To set up Length of Stay pricing in Beyond, please see this Beyond help centre article.
When you click onto the blue line in the price planner the pop-up will show the individual prices for the different number of nights a guest can stay.

To remove Length of Stay pricing you simply need to log into your Beyond account.
- Click Customise.
- Select Length of stay in the left hand side menu.
- Delete the value in the Minimum Booking Value field.
- Click Save changes.
There you need to remove the value from the Length of Stay section and save.
Within SuperControl the prices previously set in the price planner will be restored.
You can choose to calculate short break prices as a percentage of the weekly price. Since the weekly price is based on daily rates, this percentage will adjust automatically as your daily prices change. Weekly prices are always calculated from Saturday to Friday.
If your short break prices seem too high or too low, you can adjust them by:
- Changing the fixed short break percentages in SuperControl
- Updating your base price in the Beyond Pricing dashboard
- Or adjusting both
This method is useful if you want short breaks to be priced higher (or lower) than a typical weekly stay. However, it does reduce the influence of Beyond Pricing’s dynamic data, since it adds a fixed percentage into an otherwise flexible pricing system.
If you decide this approach suits your business, Beyond has a helpful guide on how to set percentage-based short break prices in their system - setting percentage short break prices in Beyond Pricing.
This is what you need to do to set up the percentages in SuperControl:
- In SuperControl go to Integrations > Price optimisation > Beyond.
- Tick the box in the column Use percentages for short break pricing.
This will reveal a new button, Set percentages.

- Set the percentages as required.
- Click Save.

Please note:
It is possible to see two different notifications in the Use percentages for short break pricing column:
- Standard pricing
- No recent pricing
You can set the percentages regardless of which notification is showing.
