The home screen and dashboard in SuperControl are the first places to look for what’s happening in your account. They give you quick access to the most important details, like upcoming bookings, payments due, and any alerts that need your attention.
By getting familiar with this area, you’ll always have a clear picture of your business at a glance. It helps you stay organised, spot issues early, and save time by going straight to the information you need.
This top section will stay the same no matter what page you are on in the system.
On the top right hand side you will see the following;
- SuperControl Logo
- Company name (found in Admin>General Details)

Account ID
To navigate back to the home screen at any time you can click the SuperControl logo to be re-directed.
When contacting the support team they will ask for the company name and ID to help identify the correct account as part of their verification process.On the top left hand side you will see the following;
- Dashboard button
- Alerts
- Search
- Log out
- Help
- On page help
The dashboard will bring up the information at a glance for booking reminders, new bookings, arrivals and departures
When either updates or alerts are added you can review them in Alerts; for example new channel bookings, system updates, communication from the support team etc
Search here for a booking number, name, post code, email address, property
Log out of the system when finished
Clicking the Help button for quick searches in the help centre, accessing the help centre, contacting the support team, reviewing system status & tickets
The on page help arrows will appear with help guide links that are relevant to the pages that you are on for added guidance, these can be clicked to be hidden or shown at any time.
This due payments screen can be customised for number of days you want to see, types of booking etc. This section when managed well will help you keep on top of which guests are due to pay and also non payments.
You can opt to hide any channel bookings off this screen in the view agents drop down, or be selective about the channel bookings you want to see in the affiliate drop down.
The system will show unpaid bookings with red text as well as the word unpaid in the deposit/balance columns depending on the due date.
The system will also show bookings with black text that will be due in the time frame you have selected based on the due date column.
This is where you can see what bookings have been taken and at a glance enable you to go and review the bookings. Once you review a booking the system will change the text from bold.
You can select a time frame (maximum is 31 days)
Keep channel bookings in the section or exclude them
Select all the bookings to mark as read and apply the setting
