Before you launch your direct website here is a handy checklist to go through

1. Added terms & conditions and privacy policy.

2. Property set up - name, description, and details complete plus deposit % and balance due rules correct

3. Set up card payments with HolidayRentPayment

4. Rates added for all seasons and Extras/fees (cleaning, pets, deposits) set up

5. Added short stay rules ie minimum 2 night stay.

6. Automated emails: booking confirmation, balance reminders, pre-arrival info, cancellation

7. Added in any direct bookings and blocked dates. Also checked availability is showing as it should.

8. Test booking run through as if you were a guest (even cancel after to check workflows).

9. Channels - Check you have an uplift added onto your price planner, any default booking extras like a cleaning fee are pulling through and check your payment method is set correctly so each channel can ensure you are receving the funds.
