Every 5 minutes the system is checking all bookings.
Should a booking be found where an email has been scheduled and the requirements for the sending have been met, the email will be sent.
Example:
A thank you email is to go out when the guest has paid the remaining balance.
> The guest pays.
> The system checks for changes.
-> It finds that the balance has been paid and the email is sent.
Please note:
It can happen that there is a delay in the sending of the triggered email of up to 15 minutes.
Should this happen, the system is still working as it should be. Due to fluctuations in the number of bookings needing to be checked, the time it takes for an email to be sent might vary though.
