If you want to contact a guest directly and it's in relation to an existing booking, you should send the email from within the booking.
Please note:
You need to have a letter already created, before you can send it to the guest.
You can amend existing letters before sending them.

1. Go to the booking
2. Select the History & Correspondence tab
Please note:
Should there be no email address for the guest, you will see this message:
3. Select the letter template from the drop-down menu.
4. Click Generate.
A pop-up opens.
Please note:
If the pop-up doesn't open, make sure that your browser is allowing pop-ups.
5. Amend the letter and add any attachments as required.
6. Scroll to the bottom and click Send.
The History & Correspondence tab will show the sending of the email. This way you can easily track all communication with the guest.
