Updated on

1. Go to Properties > Edit > to the right of the property select Documents > Go.

2. Enter a document name eg. Arrival information or Directions.
Choose something that makes it obvious what the document is about.

3. Choose whether it should be available to be send to customers (guests) and/or be available to view within the guest login by selecting Yes or No.

4a. If you already have a document that you wish to upload, select it by clicking Choose file button.
A pop-up will open allowing to navigate to the file on your computer

4b .If you wish to create a PDF within SuperControl, select Generate PDF. This will opens a text box underneath the settings, allowing you to enter your text.
You can use the formatting bar to style your text as required.

Please note:

Should you need to amend a document that has been created using the Generate PDF function, you will not be able to do so within SuperControl.
What you could do though, is to copy the text from the PDF, make the required changes and create a new PDF document in SuperControl.
After the new document has been created, you can delete the previous version.

5. If you use automated emails, tags can be used to provide SuperControl with the information, which property specific document it is to attach to the email.
You can select the tags in the drop-down menu of Tags for auto form letters.

Should you not see any tag, please see this help centre article (a pop-up will open) how to create them.

7. Tick whether this document should be attached to the online booking summary when this property is booked and Save.
