Use the below steps to amend the settings for an existing scheduled email.
This could be to e.g. change the number of days when a payment reminder is being sent to the guest.
- Go to Emails / Letters.
- Select Automated emails / SMS
- Select Show letters on the right hand side and click Go.

- Click Edit to the right of the letter, which is to be amended.

- Amend the scheduling as required.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see an orange notification that there are unsaved changed.
Click Update letter.
