How to change the settings of a scheduled email

Use the below steps to amend the settings for an existing scheduled email.
This could be to e.g. change the number of days when a payment reminder is being sent to the guest.

  1. Go to Emails / Letters.
  2. Select Automated emails / SMS
  3. Select Show letters on the right hand side and click Go.
  1. Click Edit to the right of the letter, which is to be amended.
  1. Amend the scheduling as required.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see an orange notification that there are unsaved changed.
    Click Update letter.
