How do I enable a property owner to reply to a review (AGENCY only)
If you use SuperControl AGENCY you can enable property owners to see and reply to reviews for their own property.
- Go to Agency>Edit owner>then click Edit next to the relevant owner.
- In Owners login details on the 7th line down you will see 'Access to UpFront Reviews'. Tick to enable the owner to access their reviews; then tick if you want to allow the owner to reply to reviews.
- If you want the owners reply to be published live on UpFront Reviews click Enable owners reply to be published live on UpFront Reviews, click Enable owners reply to be published . If you leave this box unticked you (the agency) will receive an email asking for approval of the reply. You can then choose whether to approve the reply (so it will go live) or not. If you want to approve it, go to UpFront Reviews>Reviews and click on the number to the left of the relevant review. In the Review Details table next to Reply? you will see the owner's reply, click Add Reply to publish it.
- If you want the owners to receive notification that a review has been left for their property (as well as you, the Agency), go to UpFront Reviews>Settings and tick 'Owner Emails'.
