How to email owners to have them add required data

You can mass email your owners to request them to add their relevant data. While at the same time making sure that only owners with missing data are actually receiving the email whereas all other owners will not be contacted.

1. Go to Agency > Email owners.

2. Add / Edit the Sender, Subject and attach any file(s) as required.
3. Create the email body.
4. Scroll to the section Email options at the bottom of the page.
5. Tick the option Only email owners with missing DAC7 data

6. Click Send.
