Situation:
You have a property, which is owned by more than one owner.

Question:
How is the data for both owners added for DAC7 reporting?

Answer:
Both owners need to be added as sellers.

Example:
If the property was owned by Mr and Mrs Smith, you would have to collect the data for one of them to be the first seller, e.g. Mr. Smith.
Then you need to add an additional seller for the second person, e.g. Mrs. Smith, and add her data as well.

How to set an additional seller up
1. Go to Agency > Edit owners > Edit > scroll to the section Seller information
2. At the bottom of the section click the green + to the left of Add additional seller

This will add another seller at the bottom of the section.
