The report submitting in January 2025 only needs to contain owners, which have been added within 2024. Any owner that was already listing with an agency before 01.01.2024, don't need to be included in this first report.
You can exclude all these pre-2024 owners by selecting the option added to the report exporting page in SuperControl.
- Go to Agency > Reports > DAC7 report.
- Tick the box in front of Exclude owners created prior to January 2024 for your January 2025 report.
- Click Generate the report.
