You can view the information contained in the downloaded report, but you should under no circumstances edit the downloaded report.
The report is created in a specific format (XML), and any change would most likely lead to the report being rejected by HMRC.
- Go to Agency > Reports > DAC7
- Download the report.
In the report tracked the report will be showing as Pending.
- Click onto the icon with the magnifying glass in the Re-download column.
A new page will open showing the data contained within the report.
There are two different sections in the preview:
The top bit shows the general information.
Underneath, each individual owner is listing with there individual data.
The owner in the screenshot below has rental income as well as income from other services, e.g. extra fire wood, allowing pets etc.
The rental income is gathered into quarterly sums.
Please note:
Not all owners will have Personal Services listed.
