Why can't I input / see the owner Date of Birth etc.?

When you are entering the owner data, you might or might not be able to see and/or change personal owner data, e.g. their date of birth, please of birth etc.
There are options that can be selection to tightly control how much access each individual user as to this data.
If the access level of a user needs to be changed, please:

1. Go to Admin > Login users.
You will see the current access level for each user on the right hand side.

 

2. Click onto Edit to the right of the user.
3. Change the access level by selecting the required option from the drop-down menu.

No access to DAC7
This will not allow user to view masked data or run the report. They will still be able to view all non-hidden data. User cannot edit or add personal data.

Access to DAC7 personal data
This will allow user to unmask hidden data fields but not run the report. User can edit or add personal data.

Access to downloading DAC7 report
This will allow user to unmask hidden data fields and also to run the final report. User can edit or add personal data

4. Click Save.

Please note:
The user should log out and back in to activate the changed settings.
