Should one of the users of your Supercontrol account find that they can't amend the DAC7 data, please check their access rights and change them, if required.

  1. In your SuperControl account go to Admin > Login users.
Scroll to the very right hand side of the screen. There you will see the column View/Run DAC7 data. It shows the level of access to the DAC7 data the user has.

There are three different levels of access:

  1. No access to DAC7
This will not allow user to view masked data or run the report. They will still be able to view all non-hidden data. User cannot edit or add personal data.
  2. Access to DAC7 personal data
This will allow user to unmask hidden data fields but not run the report. User can edit or add personal data.
  3. Access to downloading DAC7 report
This will allow user to unmask hidden data fields and also to run the final report. Users can edit or add personal data
  1. To change the access level, click Edit to the right of the user.
  2. Scroll to the right hand edge of the window and select the access level required from the drop-down menu.
Add / edit login users : SuperControl - Google Chrome
  1. Click Save on the right hand side.

The next time the user logs in, they will see the DAC7 data according to the changed access level.

There will be most likely be more members of staff having access to the DAC7 personal data.
Whereas only as many users as absolutely necessary should have access to downloading the DAC7 report.
