Situation:
You have enabled the user to be able to download the DAC7 report.
The option DAC7 report can't be found under Agency > Reports.
Double check:
To make sure the user has been granted DAC7 download priviliges go to Admin > User login. To the right of the user, check the access level granted.
This must be Access to downloading DAC7 report.
If the owner has only been set to Access to DAC7 personal data, they will not be able to download the report.
Please see this help centre article for details how to change the access level for a user.
Once the access level has been amended, the menu option will appear automatically.
Solution:
Should the user already have permission to download the report, but the menu option is missing, you need to enable the option manually.
- Go to Admin > User login.
- Click Menus to the right of the user entry.
Please note:
Change the setting for Automatically update to No, if it still on Yes.
Save the change.
- Click the + in front of Agency.
- Click the + in front of Reports.
- Check, if the box in front of the option DAC7 report is ticked.
If not, tick it.
- Click Save.
