When you have downloaded the DAC7 report, an entry will be automatically added to the report tracker.
This allows you to keep track on the state of your uploaded reports.
By default this entry will be marked as Pending. As there is no direct connection between SuperControl and HMRC, we have no knowledge of the report having been successfully uploaded or not. Hence the need for this information to be recorded in SuperControl.
- Go to Agency > Reports > DAC7 report.
Scroll down to the Report tracker. - click the downwards arrow in the Status column.
- Select HMRC approved from the drop-down menu.
- A pop-up will come up asking you verify that you want to mark the report as approved.
Click Confirm.

- To add a description, click onto the pencil icon in the Description column.

- When the description has been added click the green tick to save it.
Should you decide not to add a description after all, simply click the cross and no description will be saved.
