Please be aware:
If this box is ticked, the report will be created and successfully upload. Though, the information is actually missing, it simply has been excluded for the time being.
Therefore owners, which have this option ticked will still be showing as Missing information in the Seller validation report.
There might be instances where the National Insurance number (NI) or the Business Registration number (BRN) / Tax Identification number (TIN) is not available. Either because the owner can't or won't provide it.
In these cases you can simply tick the option Unknown / Not applicable. This option is found in Agency > Edit owner > Edit > section Seller information.
Make sure to save the change.
When the tick box for this option has been ticked the field for the field above will be greyed out.
