Scenario:
The owner of the property is not receiving the income generated by the property. A 3rd party is being paid.

Examples:
1) The property has been leased by a third party and is receiving the income from the property.
The actual owner is listed as the owner in SuperControl.
2) The property is managed by an agency for generating bookings. A 3rd party (company) is looking after the property re upkeep, maintenance etc. and is being paid by the agency not the owner.

Solutions:
The person / company (the 3rd party), which is being paid the income of the property, is required to be added as the seller.
