Situation:
You have a property, which is owned by more than one owner.

Question:
How is the data for both owners added for DAC7 reporting?

Answer:
You can only enter the details of one of the owners as the seller.

Example:
If the property was owned by Mr and Mrs Smith, you would have to select one of them to be the seller.
You might want to discuss this with your owners, if Mr or Mrs Smith should be selected as the seller.

Future developments:
We do intend to create an option where owners can be split into multiple sellers in the future.
