You can group your owners so you can categorise them by their creation date of 2024. This will allow you to easily send emails to a specific group e.g. requesting DAC7 data for 2024 owners only.

Identify 2024 Owners:
- Go to Agency > Edit Owners and export the owners to a spreadsheet. Filter by the “Created Date” column.
- Alternatively, go to Agency > Seller Validation (DAC7) and filter by “Created Date”.

Create a New Group:
- Go to Agency > Owner Groups and create a new group. For example, name it “Created date post Jan 2024”.

Assign Owners to the Group:
- Go to Agency > Edit Owners.
- Click Edit next to each relevant owner, scroll to the bottom of the edit page and tick to assign them to the new group. Click Save.

Email the Group:
- Go to Agency > Email Owners.
- Create your email content and at the bottom of the page, choose to send it to your 2024 group of owners, especially if they are missing DAC7 data.
