Please note:
In order to have your owners fill in any missing data, please make sure that you have sent them their owner login.
For information how to do that, please see this help centre article.
There will be personal date of an owner, e.g. date of birth, which will be unknown to the agency. This means the owner needs to fill this information out themselves.
There is an option in the owner setting that will allow them to this when it has been selected.
1. Go to Agency > Edit owner.
2. Scroll to the section Owners' login details
3. Tick the box in front of Owner can update their DAC7 requirements
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
Tip:
The owners can add additional sellers in their owner login as well. You do not have to do this for them.
