Auto-scheduled emails cannot be used with cross-updated bookings. Any correspondence must be sent manually.
Cross-updated bookings are designed to block dates in your calendar rather than function as full guest bookings. Because of this, scheduled emails are not automatically sent from cross-updated bookings.
In most cases, guest details (including email addresses) are not available on cross-updated bookings. This means you cannot send emails from the booking.
If guest detail sharing has been enabled, the guest's contact information will be available on the cross-updated booking. In this case, you can send emails manually, but scheduled emails will still not be sent automatically.
Guest details can only be shared from the original (source) booking if this has been configured by SuperControl.

Where the connection exists between two separate accounts, we'll need authorisation from both parties before updating the configuration.
