Why is my housekeeper not receiving alerts for owner bookings?
If an owner adds a booking they can select whether the housekeeper is required. If this option is not selected then the housekeeper will not be alerted of the booking.
Adding an owner booking via Bookings > Add owner bookings
1. Go to Bookings > Add owner bookings.
2. Select your property, dates etc. and ensure Housekeeping required is set to "Yes".
3. Click Save owner booking.
