Understanding the Booking.com booking layout

We have adjusted how values are presented in Booking.com bookings to make it easier for you to keep track of commission, default booking extras and uplifts.

Previously when importing a booking into SuperControl from Booking.com we would itemise options and extras and uplift applied as agent’s commission, for example:

How will your booking display now?

The new method of itemising a booking will now show the actual commission applied by Booking.com and any remaining value of the uplift that we applied when sending rates to Booking.com.  We will now also correctly handle options and extras. 

Below is an example of a booking where there is a 25% uplift.

Please note in this example, the Booking.com commission is set to 15% and the original SuperControl price is £100. Scroll down for a breakdown of how the figures are created:
