About SuperControl's Guestlink +CONNECT integration

Guestlink is an online property management system to enable you to promote your accommodation business on local tourism websites.

Guestlink stores all the customer and booking data securely in one place for you to easily access anywhere at anytime. The system is simple, easy to use and was designed for small B&Bs, Hotels, Self-catering and Camping businesses.

SuperControl offers a one-way integration with Guestlink. This means SuperControl send availability to Guestlink but you will need to manually enter any bookings you receive via Guestlink into SuperControl to prevent any conflicting bookings.

I am no longer linked with Guestlink, I need to know how to let the SuperControl system know this as it keeps trying to connect -
Failed to post changes to guestlink -- Aborting after 5 attempts
It was not possible to automatically update the guestlink availability system with changes to booking ref 1861.
Arrival: 21/05/2018 Departure: 24/05/2018 Status: Provisional
Guestlink + Connect Error This property is not signed up to guestlink + connect
Please can you let me know what I need to do.

Hi Katie,

If you are no longer with Guestlink, you will need to go to Integrations > Channel manager > Regional > Guestlink + Connect. Then delete the values in each of the fields for CID, PID and Password. Then click Save. Once the values are removed it will stop the connection fully and this will stop the error messages coming through.
