If you don't use Instant Book on Airbnb, or allow guests to enquire about dates that aren't yet available to book, you can now manage those enquiries in SuperControl. When a guest submits a Request to Book through Airbnb, we'll automatically create an enquiry for you in your SuperControl account.
Unlike a standard enquiry, you'll see an Airbnb Request to Book panel instead of the usual PDF quote section. This is where you can review the request and choose whether to Accept or Deny it.
Important: Enquiry status is managed automatically for Airbnb Request to Book enquiries and can't be changed manually.
